Overview

LHH Technology is seeking an experienced and passionate Senior AI/ML Software Engineer to join our dynamic team on a short-term basis (3 months). In this role, you will be pivotal in integrating cutting-edge artificial intelligence features into our products and services. Key Responsibilities
• Develop and Deploy ML Models: Build, train, fine-tune, and maintain machine learning models to enhance AI features.
• Backend API Services: Create and optimize backend services enabling seamless interaction between product frontends and ML models.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product managers, UX designers, data engineers, and QA teams to integrate AI capabilities into new and existing products.
• Stay Current with AI Trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in generative AI and machine learning.
• Rapid Prototyping: Quickly create prototypes to explore new AI functionalities, while writing clean, maintainable code.

Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience developing ML solutions for production-level applications.
• Strong knowledge of generative AI (e.g., RAG, LoRA, RLHF).
• Hands-on experience creating datasets from proprietary or anonymized data for model training and fine-tuning.
• Proficiency in TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn, Python, and SQL.
• BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Professional proficiency in English.

Salary Range & Work Modality
• This is a contract role paying $70-90/hour.
• The estimated duration is 3 months, with the possibility of extension based on project needs.
• The position is fully remote, although candidates in the US or LATAM time zones are highly preferred for better team collaboration.
