

LMS Data Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced LMS Data Specialist to support the migration of our Learning Management System (LMS) from People Fluent (NetDimensions) to Cornerstone LMS. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with People Fluent/NetDimensions, strong data mapping and extraction skills, and the ability to manage migration tasks as both a technical specialist and project coordinator. This role is critical in ensuring a seamless transition while maintaining data integrity and system functionality.
Key Responsibilities
Data Migration & System Integration:
• Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from People Fluent (NetDimensions) to Cornerstone LMS.
• Map legacy data structures to the new LMS environment, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Validate and troubleshoot data transfers to prevent loss or corruption.
Project Coordination:
• Act as a liaison between HR IT, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth migration.
• Track progress, identify risks, and provide regular updates to leadership.
• Document processes, data mappings, and migration workflows.
System Expertise:
• Leverage deep knowledge of People Fluent/NetDimensions to resolve legacy system challenges.
• Assist in configuring Cornerstone LMS to align with business requirements.
• Support testing, validation, and post-migration troubleshooting.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with People Fluent (NetDimensions) – mandatory.
• Proven expertise in data migration, ETL processes, and LMS integrations.
• Strong data mapping, and reporting skills.
• Experience with Cornerstone LMS (preferred but not required).
• Ability to manage project timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Comfortable working remotely with a distributed team.
Preferred Qualifications
• Previous experience in HR IT or learning technology migrations.
• Knowledge of APIs, scripting, or automation tools for data transfers.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors).
