Job Title: QA Analyst for Analytics

Location: Remote

The primary focus of this role is Quality Assurance (QA) for Analytics products, including test strategy, plans, cases, and automation of self-serve dashboards and reports. This role works closely with Architects and Product Leaders to ensure product quality throughout development.

Responsibilities:

Lead QA for analytics product development, ensuring quality outcomes.

Define test strategies, plans, and cases for manual and automated testing.

Manage test data, prepare QA strategies, and ensure project requirements are met.

Implement DevOps and Test Automation processes.

Mentor and oversee QA analysts to meet deadlines.

Prepare test suites, develop expertise in the application, and create reporting frameworks.

Coordinate with Project Managers to provide status updates and escalate issues.

Conduct testing and manage defect triage, ensuring quality standards are met.

Education/Experience:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in programming, data structures, or related field.

3-5 years of QA and analytics experience, especially in Business Intelligence and Agile methods.

Strong experience in testing, problem-solving, and reporting for analytic solutions.

Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines with high-quality deliverables.
