As a Lead Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in uncovering insights from complex data ecosystems and helping drive strategic decision-making. You'll be a thought leader in our analytics practice and a go-to expert for stakeholders across the organization.
💼 Key Responsibilities
• 💡 Lead advanced data exploration using multiple programming languages and database structures
• 📊 Analyze complex data to deliver actionable business recommendations
• 🧩 Resolve stakeholder data issues with speed and expertise
• 🔄 Map and analyze data flow across operational and analytical platforms
• 📝 Gather business and technical requirements and deliver data-driven solutions
• 🛠️ Design, validate, and deliver insightful reports to support business decisions
• 🤝 Mentor junior analysts and foster knowledge-sharing across the team
📚 Qualifications
• 🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Math, CS, Statistics, Business, or related field (or 4+ additional years of experience in lieu of degree)
• 📈 8+ years in progressively responsible analytical/quantitative roles
• 🏥 Preferred: Healthcare industry experience
• 📅 Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills
🛠 Tools & Skills
• Expert-level knowledge in data tools, platforms, and languages
• Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills
• Clear, effective communication — both written and verbal
• Fast learner with strong initiative
