We're currently hiring for a Lead Azure expert to work on a cutting-edge Dynamics Data-Migration project leveraging Microsoft Azure, managing CICD efforts with relating tools and have the ability to work with Database technologies related to the Microsoft stack. You will have the autonomy and ability to lead from the front, influence technical decisions and make an impact.

This role has a wide-scope and is at the beginning phase of its cycle, so being an effective communicator is key to the role, being able to work closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders, in a remote capacity.

Skills we're looking for include:
• Experience in the Lead Engineering or comparable role working on an enterprise solution with 5 years using the Agile framework.
• Proven track record of delivering successful products that achieve key business outcomes.
• Experience with end-to-end product delivery using Agile methodologies (SCRUM, Kanban).
• Strong leadership presence and ability to question the status quo at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to make data-driven decisions or fall back on well-supported intuition when data is not available.
• Excellent skill in discussing technology concepts to build consensus by translating between technical and non-technical audiences.
