Lead Agile Reporting Architect
Responsibilities
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Lead Agile Reporting Architect in Atlanta, GA. Overview: The ideal candidate will have a background in Agile coaching or come from an analyst or architecture background. This role will focus on designing data-driven solutions to report on Agile health, implementing architecture strategies for data migration from Jira Align/Enterprise Insights to Google BigQuery, and effectively communicating technical insights to non-technical stakeholders. The Lead resource will need to be capable of reporting Agile metrics using Atlassian Analytics, pulling data from Jira Align creating insightful and actionable dashboards to empower stakeholders/leaders! Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the reporting of Agile metrics using Jira Align, including DORA metrics, cycle times, blockers, and insights related to epics, capabilities, and stories
• Design and implement scalable data architecture solutions, focusing on migrating and optimizing data in cloud environments like Google BigQuery
• Develop actionable, insightful dashboards using Atlassian Analytics, JQL, SQL, Power BI and Tableau to support Agile decision-making
• Bridge the gap between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex technical data into clear, actionable insights to a non-technical audience
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering and business units, to ensure agile metrics are accurately reported and utilized
• Provide mentorship and leadership in Agile practices, pushing for continuous improvement in data-driven reporting
Requirements
• Previous experience as an Agile Coach or similar leadership role in Agile methodologies
• Experience coming from an Analyst or Architecture background, rather than a traditional data engineer role
• Strong foundation in Agile reporting and metrics, with a focus on delivering insights to leadership teams
• Expertise in Agile reporting and metrics tracking within Jira Align
• Strong background in designing data systems and cloud migration strategies, particularly for BigQuery
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and concisely to non-technical stakeholders
• A background in Atlassian Analytics and Jira/Jira Align are highly preferred
• A strong background in telling stories through data/data visualizations tools are strongly preferred
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
