Jr. Data Scientist

Title: Junior Data Scientist

Contract Duration: 6+ months

Environment: REMOTE

Compensation: $62-$65/hour on W2 ONLY

• MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelors AND Masters degree
• Proficient in Python, Databricks, and PySpark software skills
• Strong communication and proven experience working in cross functional teams
• Theoretical and practical knowledge of methods such as frequentist statistics, Bayesian statistics, forecasting, optimization, causal inference, machine learning, and natural language processing

Responsibilities:

• Process data using Python, PySpark, and Databricks
• Develop purchase propensity models and product recommendation models
• Learn the job while performing hands-on analytics and modeling
• Help business partners make more profitable decisions based on customer and prospect insights
