Job Overview:

We are seeking an IT Migration Data Analyst to support data migration, analysis, and system integration efforts within a dynamic technical environment. The ideal candidate will have strong SQL skills, experience with data migration planning, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data transitions.

This role requires business systems analysis expertise, technical proficiency in SQL and data profiling, and hands-on experience in software development environments.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with business and technology partners (Solution Designers, Architects) to analyze system capabilities and define technology solutions.
• Define, document, and translate business requirements into functional specifications.
• Assist testing teams in converting requirements into test conditions and expected results for various testing phases.
• Contribute to project management activities, including scoping, risk identification, and status communication.
• Participate in quality management reviews, including designs and prototypes.
• Work with stakeholders to assess impact on existing systems, manage integration, and determine solutions.
• Provide operational and process-related analysis and support.
• Collaborate with vendors on business case development, RFIs/RFPs, and service level agreements.

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

Previous experience as a Business Systems Analyst.

Strong experience in data migration, migration planning, and gap analysis.

Proficiency in SQL and data profiling techniques to analyze large datasets.

Experience working in Software Development teams and familiarity with SDLC and Agile methodologies.

Strong knowledge of PBM (Pharmacy Benefit Management) systems.

Proficiency in JIRA, Tableau, Confluence, Clarity, and MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio).

Excellent presentation skills (verbal and written) for working with project teams and business leaders.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

Experience with system integration and business case development.

Familiarity with data governance and compliance best practices.
