IT Business Analyst
One of our client is looking for an IT Business Analyst to join their team. The IT Business Analyst will be passionate about solving complex problems, analyzing business needs, and engaging with business stakeholders. The IT Business Analyst will be instrumental in recommending and implementing business solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. The IT Business Analyst will be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. and should possess basic SQL and database query skills.
The IT Business Analyst will have a strong desire to dive into business requirements and collaborate with stakeholders to create effective solutions. The IT Business Analyst will understand creating test cases and test scripts and conduct basic data analysis using Excel or SQL. The IT Business Analyst will thrive on exploring business requirements and working closely with stakeholders to develop innovative and impactful solutions.
Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.
Rate: $40 - $45 / hr. w2
Responsibilities
• Over 5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or in a related field.
• Proficient in conducting data analysis using Excel and SQL.
• Skilled in performing manual testing scripts.
• Experienced in developing test cases and test scripts based on business requirements.
• Capable of assisting in gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Adept at working closely with stakeholders.
Experience Requirements
• Over 5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or in a related field.
• Proficient in conducting data analysis using Excel and SQL.
• Skilled in performing manual testing scripts.
• Experienced in developing test cases and test scripts based on business requirements.
• Capable of assisting in gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Adept at working closely with stakeholders.
Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
