What You Will Be Doing
Support MBO system efforts by completing manual processes to facilitate data integrity between multiple systems.
• This is inclusive of completing weekly processes as defined by MBO as well as analyzing data errors and providing recommendation for long term solutions to fix data inconsistencies
• Complete complex data analysis by using independent judgement to determine accurate records across all systems
• Research data abnormalities and unique system limitations to problem solve a resolution to ensure data is updated correctly across various platforms
• This is inclusive of maintaining process guides on how to navigate the various systems to provide corrective actions
• Document process flows and system data management processes for automation workstream and assist with long term solution testing
What You Need To Stand Out
• System experience with ADP - JobDiva - Fidelity - Steele Benefits
• Project Management
• Strong Data Analysis experience
• Minimum of 5 yrs in Human Resources / HRIS experience
• Microsoft Excel – Expert level
