Duties
• Guides the company on strategic business analytics decisions and provides advice with a significant impact on strategic planning.
• Collaborates with business leaders to provide strategic partnership in analytics.
• Identifies and prioritizes opportunities for impact, develops analytic solutions, leverages data science and technology capabilities, embeds analytics-driven processes, and drives decision-making and execution based on data, facts, and analytical findings across different parts of the organization.
• Possesses industry-wide authority and represents the organization externally.
• Recognized as a business analytics expert and thought leader by both internal and external communities.
• Responsible for the technical leadership of a major department or multiple departments across a function.
• Provides expert content and professional leadership on complex business analytics assignments and projects.
• Works closely with business leaders to:
• Identify and prioritize opportunities for impact.
• Develop analytic solutions.
• Leverage data science and technology capabilities.
• Embed analytics-driven processes.
• Operationalize and measure impact to support decision-making and execution.
• Exercises considerable creativity, foresight, and judgment in conceiving, planning, and delivering initiatives.
• Uses deep professional knowledge and acumen to advise functional leaders.
• Focuses on providing thought leadership within business analytics but also works on broader projects requiring a wider business understanding.
• Recognized internally as a subject matter expert.
• Expertise in Electronic Healthcare (Epic) and Value-Based Reporting is desired.
• Must be proficient in Tableau reporting tools.
• Proven experience leading a data architecture model for a business intelligence team.
• Works closely with executive leadership, requiring clear and concise communication.
