Job Title: Functional Architect - Healthcare Data
Location: Harrisburg, PA (Telework Eligible)
Note: Candidates must reside in Pennsylvania
Objectives:
This contract position supports the Office of Long Term Living (OLTL), focusing on data collection, validation, reporting, and process improvement. The role includes designing SOPs, process flow diagrams, and tracking data requests.
Responsibilities:
Define requirements, improve data reporting processes, and design SOPs and process flow diagrams.
Lead tracking of data requests and provide data analysis to support decision-making and program improvements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop performance monitoring systems, dashboards, and visualizations.
Maintain project documentation, create executive-level presentations, and support special studies or other assigned projects.
Skills and Experience:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree required.
Experience:
3+ years in healthcare (health plans, pharmacies, health tech).
Knowledge of healthcare operations (enrollment, claims, customer service).
Experience in healthcare analytics, quality measures, and utilization studies.
Strong project management and analytical skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and SQL.
Ability to create executive-level presentations.
Highly Desired:
Proficiency in SAS.
Experience with Medicaid and Medicare.
Data visualization skills (Power BI, Tableau).
Telework Eligible: OLTL will provide office space in Harrisburg, PA, along with necessary hardware, software, and communication tools.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $60.00 - $70.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
