Job Title: Health Equity BI Developer

Location: Los Angeles, CA 90032 Remote – Must be able to work Pacific Time Zone hours, regardless of physical location

• Education and Experience:Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• At least 2 years of experience as a BI Developer.
• Experience in the healthcare domain is preferred.
• Technical Skills:Proficiency with Tableau and PowerBI for analytics visualization (Tableau experience is required).
• Familiarity with data modelling and query logic, leveraging MS-SQL or similar programming languages.
• Ability to extract, integrate, and analyse data from sources such as Allscripts SCM and Infinity databases.
• Experience working with Oracle Health Cerner Health Analytics/Population Health platforms to access and analyse data.
• Healthcare Data Expertise:Competence with healthcare data sets, including clinical, administrative, financial, and operational data.
• Familiarity with healthcare data standards such as ICD, CPT, HCPCS, LOINC, and SNOMED.
• Communication Skills:Strong ability to communicate effectively with both clinical and technical audiences.
• Capacity to present and explain data analysis results, findings, and recommendations in a clear, relevant, and actionable manner.
