Our client, a respected charity with a strong mission to drive positive change, is looking to expand their team with a Head of Data to support their ongoing transformation and fundraising efforts.
Data is at the heart of their fundraising success, and they need an experienced and hands-on professional to lead the data strategy and integration across their systems.
This role is crucial in driving effective data operations and ensuring seamless integration, with a particular focus on CRM platforms like Salesforce or Dynamics, as well as robust knowledge of SQL and data integration techniques. Experience within the charity sector, particularly fundraising data, is essential.
As the Head of Data, you'll work closely with key stakeholders to ensure the data strategy aligns with the organisation’s goals. You'll oversee data governance, data quality, and integration processes, while also ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
Key Skills Required as Head of Data:
• Proven experience in a senior data management role, ideally within a charity or fundraising environment.
• Expertise in SQL and data integration across multiple systems.
• Experience working with Salesforce or Dynamics CRM systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Hands-on leadership and the ability to manage data teams and projects effectively.
Contract Details:
• Position: 6-Month Contract
• Day Rate: £400+ per day (Inside IR35)
• Location: Hybrid in London
• Start Date: ASAP
