Key Responsibilities:
• Knowledge Management Systems Implementation and Maintenance:
• Evaluate, select, and implement knowledge management software and tools.
• Configure and customize knowledge management systems to meet organizational needs.
• Maintain and troubleshoot knowledge management systems, ensuring optimal performance and availability.
• Integrate knowledge management systems with other enterprise systems.
Knowledge Analysis and Improvement:
• Analyze knowledge usage patterns and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop metrics and dashboards to track knowledge management effectiveness.
• Conduct knowledge audits and assessments to identify knowledge gaps and opportunities.
