Job Title: Mid-Level AI Engineer (RAG & LLM)

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Mid-Level AI Engineer specializing in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and Large Language Models (LLMs). You will build innovative AI-driven solutions that automate complex processes, enhance customer experiences, and optimize operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and deploy scalable RAG-based applications utilizing advanced Large Language Models (e.g., GPT-series models).
• Implement automated self-correcting systems to enhance accuracy, reduce manual interventions, and improve operational efficiency.
• Design and maintain robust data ingestion pipelines and ETL processes, ensuring real-time data availability and optimal performance.
• Create multimodal AI solutions integrating NLP and computer vision capabilities to address complex business use-cases.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including data scientists, product managers, and software engineers to identify requirements and implement AI solutions.
• Prototype, validate, and continuously optimize ML models to drive measurable business impact.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related technical field.
• 3-5 years of professional experience developing and deploying AI, NLP, and LLM-based solutions.
• Proven experience implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques and Large Language Models.
• Expertise in Python and familiarity with frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, or similar.
• Experience in building automated ML infrastructure and applications with measurable business impact (cost reduction, churn prediction, automated workflows).
• Practical knowledge of cloud computing environments (AWS, GCP, Azure) and container orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
Preferred Skills:
• Background in developing multimodal AI systems combining NLP with computer vision.
• Experience with real-time analytics and secure-by-design architectures.
• Strong analytical skills with proven success in reducing operational costs and improving business processes through AI.
