

GenAI Product Analyst
Our client is seeking a GenAI Product Analyst. The GenAI Product Analyst plays a key role in shaping AI-driven products by analyzing market trends, user needs, and product performance. This role bridges the gap between business, data science, and engineering teams to optimize and scale AI-powered solutions.
Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.
Rate: $60 - $70 / hr. w2
Key Responsibilities:
• Gather and analyze user needs, market trends, and competitive landscapes to inform GenAI product development.
• Define product requirements, success metrics, and performance benchmarks.
• Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and UX designers to refine AI models and features.
• Monitor and assess AI product performance, identifying areas for improvement.
• Ensure ethical AI principles, data privacy, and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders through reports, dashboards, and presentations.
Qualifications and Experience:
• Experience with AI/ML concepts, natural language processing (NLP), and large language models (LLMs).
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, or visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Familiarity with A/B testing, user research, and product analytics methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and ability to translate complex AI concepts into business insights.
• Ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
