Financial Reporting Analyst (Remote, CST – 6-Month Contract)

Up to $53/hour | U.S. Citizenship Required

Are you a detail-oriented financial analyst with a passion for data-driven insights? We’re looking for a Financial Reporting Analyst to support month-end reporting and data analysis for a leading healthcare organization. This fully remote contract position offers the opportunity to work independently while collaborating with a dynamic finance team.

What You’ll Do:
• Own month-end reporting – Run and manage reports with precision and efficiency.
• Data consolidation & analysis – Download, standardize, and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Excel & PowerPoint expertise – Leverage advanced Excel functions (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) and create compelling financial presentations.
• Support decision-making – Identify trends and key insights to help drive business strategy.
• Ensure data integrity – Maintain accuracy and continuously improve reporting processes.
• Collaborate across teams – Work with finance and other departments to gather and interpret critical data.
• Tackle ad-hoc projects – Assist with special financial analyses as needed.

What You Bring:
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Proven financial reporting experience – Strong background in month-end reporting, data manipulation, and analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills – Expertise in pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, and PowerPoint.
• Independent & self-driven – Ability to work autonomously while engaging with the team as needed.
• Strong analytical mindset – Attention to detail and the ability to spot trends and anomalies.
• Healthcare industry experience – Background in medical groups or hospital systems required.

Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with Epic Cube or Strata (not required, training provided).
• Familiarity with financial systems and databases.
• Knowledge of additional data analysis tools.
