Job Summary: We’re seeking a 10+ year experienced e-commerce data Analyst with expertise in Google Analytics, Heap Analytics, and e-commerce performance optimization. The ideal candidate will analyze shopping behaviors, optimize web experiences, maintain competitive intelligence, and manage data integrations across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze e-commerce user data, shopping trends, and conversion funnels.

Improve web experience and coordinate execution with external teams.

Track market trends, competitive intelligence, and digital best practices.

Align online and offline marketing campaigns with data-driven insights.

Set up & maintain data feeds between Google Ads, Heap, and OMS.

Execute tasks independently with high-quality output in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills:

10+ years in e-commerce analytics or digital marketing analytics.

Strong expertise in Google Analytics (GA4), Heap, SQL, and data visualization (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).

Experience in Google Ads, Order Management Systems, and A/B testing.

Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing and development teams.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Shopify, Magento, or Salesforce Commerce Cloud.

Familiarity with SEO, PPC, and customer attribution models.
