We are looking for a Digital Marketing & AI Specialist to drive our online presence, optimize our website for SEO, manage social media engagement, and leverage AI-driven marketing strategies to grow our brand and impact.
Key Responsibilities:

Website & SEO: Develop, optimize, and manage the company website for performance, user experience, and search engine rankings.
AI & Automation: Implement AI-driven marketing strategies, such as chatbots, predictive analytics, and automated lead generation.
Content Strategy: Create and manage engaging content, including blog posts, case studies, social media, and email marketing campaigns.
Social Media Management: Oversee company presence on LinkedIn, Twitter, and other platforms to engage the healthcare and research communities.
Paid Advertising & Analytics: Run Google Ads, social media campaigns, and track performance using Google Analytics and other tools.
Email Marketing & Lead Generation: Develop automated email workflows and nurture campaigns for physicians and healthcare professionals.
Market Research & Trends: Stay updated on digital marketing trends in the healthcare and orthopedic industry and implement best practices.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in digital marketing, SEO, and AI-driven marketing strategies.
Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMRush, and social media advertising.
Experience with AI tools for marketing, automation, and predictive analytics.
Proficiency in WordPress, HTML/CSS, or website management tools is a plus.
Background in healthcare, medical research, or biotechnology is highly desirable.
