Operating Hours: 24/7 (on call - Rota basis)

Work Location: Remote (Occasional travel)

DevOps Engineer required to help build and deploy secure services and provide support, through a ticket system, for incidents, changes, problem processes and service requests.

Key Responsibilities
• Implement platform build/support activities such as hardening base container images.
• CI/CD pipeline issue analysis and resolution.
• Writing and maintaining scripts and using automation tools to streamline infrastructure provisioning and configuration management.
• Help development teams to build and deploy secure services, via DevOps processes.
• Communicating and collaborating on technical issues with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Updating service documentation where necessary.
• Peer reviews.
• Management of incidents both in and out of hours.
