Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Omni Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience developing with Omni Studio, LWC, Apex, and Salesforce Service Cloud. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing custom solutions using the Salesforce platform, focusing on Omni-Channel functionality to enhance customer service experiences. The role requires an understanding of the full Salesforce ecosystem, with a specific focus on customer engagement tools, process automation, and integration.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, configure, and deploy Omni Studio solutions, including Omni Scripts, Data Raptors, and Integration Procedures to streamline processes and enhance user experiences.
• Create custom Lightning Web Components (LWC) to improve user interfaces and integrate Salesforce functionality across platforms.
• Design and implement complex Apex classes, triggers, and integrations with third-party systems to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with business analysts and project managers to understand requirements and provide technical solutions based on Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Implement Omni-Channel solutions to route customer interactions (chat, email, phone, etc.) effectively to the right agents, improving overall customer service delivery.
• Participate in the integration of various channels and systems with Salesforce, ensuring seamless interaction between Omni-Channel tools and backend systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, performance bottlenecks, and scalability challenges in the Salesforce environment.
• Maintain high-quality coding standards and perform regular code reviews.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce platform features and best practices, applying this knowledge to optimize solutions.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth deployment of solutions and post-deployment support.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Salesforce Certified Omni Developer (or equivalent certification).
• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Omni-Channel routing.
• Proficiency in OmniStudio (including OmniScripts, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures).
• Strong experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex development.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce data models, APIs, and integration patterns.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning Experience and Salesforce Mobile App.
• Experience with Salesforce Flow, Process Builder, and Automation tools.
• Ability to integrate Salesforce with third-party systems via REST and SOAP APIs.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills, with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal stakeholders and external clients.
