

Delivery Manager
Robert Half is supporting their client, a Global Consulting Firm, in recruiting an IT Infrastructure Delivery Manager to assist with the restructuring of their IT delivery towers. This pivotal role involves coordinating activities between squads, portfolio leads, and product management teams, ensuring effective delivery of key projects.
Contract Assignment Details
• Start Date: w/c 3rd of May 2025
• Contract Length: 6 months (with potential for extension)
• Location: Primarily remote, with occasional travel to the Leeds office
• Daily Rate: £650 per day via umbrella company
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and restructure IT delivery management towers, focusing on infosec, technology refresh, and related projects.
• Lead the delivery of infrastructure upgrades, including network refits, server upgrades, disaster recovery, PAM/IAM, and data security initiatives.
• Collaborate with technical teams to break down requirements and ensure resource readiness for sprint execution.
• Act as a key interface between IT delivery and various stakeholders, including portfolio managers, architects, and programme managers.
• Build frameworks and processes proactively to address resource allocation issues and enhance delivery efficiency.
Required Skills & Experience:
• Ideally have insurance sector experience.
• Strong understanding of IT delivery methodologies (Scrum, Waterfall) and infrastructure projects.
• Hands-on experience with technical processes such as architecture and resource planning.
• Proven ability to engage with technical teams and stakeholders to deliver project requirements.
• Knowledge of security portfolio management and IT refresh projects.
• Self-starter with excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
