$50.00-$55.00/hour Duration:
3 months (may extend) Job Description: Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive and experienced Marketing Analytics Data Consultant to support key data projects for Database Marketing (DBM), CRM (Salesforce), and marketing automation (Eloqua). This role is a temporary contract position (April through June) covering a maternity leave and may extend depending on future needs. You will collaborate directly with the hiring manager on various projects. This position is fully remote and can be performed in any time zone, with a preference for EST or CT. Key Responsibilities: Lead data projects in Database Marketing, with a focus on Road Map Data Structure/Governance, Taxonomy Structure, Historical Taxonomy Adjustment, Segmentation, and Dashboard creation. Implement and test dashboards, ensuring they meet business requirements. Participate in ongoing projects such as Holdout as part of Business-As-Usual (BAU). Work closely with engineers and IT teams to manage project timelines, requirements, and deliverables. Utilize SQL to extract, transform, and load data, with experience in GCP preferred. Visualize data insights using Power BI, and implement queries to optimize data reporting and performance. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data integration and reporting. Communicate findings, insights, and progress with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives. Manage multiple projects, ensuring deadlines and milestones are met effectively. Required Skills and Experience: 3-5 years of experience
in Marketing Analytics, Data Engineering, or related fields, with a focus on DBM, CRM, and marketing automation. Strong
SQL experience , with proficiency in GCP preferred. Proven experience with Database Marketing (DBM)
analytics, including data structure, taxonomy, segmentation, and dashboard creation. Data visualization
experience, particularly with
Power BI
(nice to have). Proactive project management skills, capable of managing projects independently and collaborating with engineers and IT teams. Experience with
Salesforce
CRM and
Eloqua
marketing automation tools. Strong problem-solving skills, ability to translate business requirements into actionable data solutions. Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work remotely and manage multiple tasks.
