Data Scientist - Hybrid - Outside IR35

We are seeking a Data Scientist to join one of our key clients and contribute to a high-impact data platform project. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to self-manage, design solutions, and scale data platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the design, scaling, and implementation of a data platform.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Manage and optimize data pipelines to support analytics and machine learning use cases.
• Collaborate with Product, Programme Engineers, and Data Scientists within the AND Team.
• Develop and present Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for data solutions.
• Ensure smooth integration of Azure & Power BI into the data ecosystem.
• Maintain a strong relationship with clients and key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Key Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Data Scientist with a strong technical background in data platform scaling.
• Strong understanding of Azure & Power BI.
• Ability to design and implement data-driven solutions with a focus on scalability and performance.
• Hands-on experience with data solution architecture and proof-of-concept development.
• Ability to self-manage and drive projects forward with minimal supervision.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, including liaising with the Head of Data & Client teams

Contract Type: 6-Month Contract (Outside IR35)

Rate: £350 - £400 per day

Location: Hybrid – Guildford (once a week)

Start Date: ASAP
