Data Scientist
Akkodis is seeking a Data Scientist/Analytics for a Contract job with a client in San Francisco, CA(Onsite), ideally looking for someone with 3+ years of experience in Data Science or Analytics (preferably in a consumer-facing product role).
Rate Range: $58/hour to $61/hour on w2 The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Responsibilities:
Utilize quantitative analysis to understand key business drivers.
Conduct product analytics experiments for hypothesis testing.
Apply statistical techniques to deliver business recommendations and insights on:
Marketplace dynamics.
User behaviors.
Collaborate with engineering teams on:
Logging implementation.
Monitoring and data quality.
Influence business decisions through close collaboration with product and business stakeholders
Qualification:
Master’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
3+ years of experience in Data Science or Analytics (preferably in a consumer-facing product role)
Experience with SQL.
Experience with A/B testing.
Building dashboards.
Familiarity with Python.
