Role Overview

We seek an experienced Data Scientist to build data pipelines and automate measurement systems. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Apache Airflow, Spark, SQL, and statistical programming languages (R, Python). Experience in causal inference methodologies, including experimental and observational approaches, is highly desirable. The candidate will work on hands-on data analysis and provide insights to optimize the Client’s marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Data Pipelines: Build and optimize data pipelines for efficient processing and validation.

Productionalizing Prototypes: Refine and deploy prototypes into client’s production systems.

Causal Inference: Apply and develop methodologies, especially in media mix modeling (MMM).

Data Analysis: Conduct deep data analysis, trend identification, and feature creation.

Collaboration: Work cross-functionally to drive marketing insights and strategic decision-making.

Required Qualifications

Education: PhD in Economics, Statistics, Marketing, or a related field OR a Master’s degree with 2+ years of experience.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Apache Airflow, Spark, SQL.

Expertise in Python and R for statistical modeling.

Experience with media mix modeling (MMM).

Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to stakeholders.

Demonstrated success in solving business challenges through data science.

Preferred Qualifications

Passion for marketing and consumer science.

Experience with Bayesian modeling and causal ML methodologies.

Prior experience in building end-to-end models for data-driven decision-making.
