Key Responsibilities:
• 🎯 Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for data management within the CRM system.
• 🛤️ Assist in crafting a Strategic Roadmap for CRM enhancements.
• 💡 Analyze business strategies and recommend robust data quality management practices.
• 🤝 Collaborate with stakeholders to establish and uphold data policies.
• 📊 Develop and maintain comprehensive data integrity checks (daily, weekly, monthly).
• 🔍 Identify and address data quality concerns, working cross-functionally to implement solutions.
• 🛠️ Participate in project planning, validation, and testing phases.
• ✈️ Be open to occasional travel (up to 10%).
Top Skills & Qualifications:
• 📈 5 years of experience in business analysis, software development, or database management focusing on data quality.
• 🖥️ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Visio, Word, PowerPoint, and CRM systems.
• 🛠️ Experience with database analysis tools and data profiling techniques.
• 🎓 Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 🗣️ Strong written and verbal communication skills across all organizational levels.
Bonus Points for:
• 🖥️ Familiarity with Blackbaud CRM.
• 🛢️ SQL expertise.
• 🏷️ Experience with address cleansing and correction tools.
