• Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and working with relational databases
• Familiarity with energy trading and risk management processes
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Strong stakeholder management abilities
• Experience in greenfield Endur ETRM implementations
• Knowledge of industry-standard data migration tools and frameworks
• Understanding of cloud-based data platforms and their integration with ETRM systems
• Certification in Business Analysis or related disciplines is a plus
• Self-starter with the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
