Join our team as a Data Governance Lead, where you will play a pivotal role in supporting a major CRM programme and embedding strong data quality practices across a renowned UK postal service provider. This position is ideal for someone passionate about shaping data ownership, improving data standards, and supporting data-related change within the commercial domain. Day-to-day of the role:
• Lead the design and implementation of data governance frameworks specifically for CRM data.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define data ownership, stewardship roles, and data quality KPIs.
• Work closely with both business and technical teams to enhance data processes and ensure data accuracy.
• Support the definition and enforcement of data policies and standards across the organisation.
• Champion data quality as part of ongoing CRM development and enhancements.
• Build a culture where the value of data is recognised and leveraged, facilitating enablement activities through effective communication and training.
• Act as a champion for data quality, raising awareness of data controls and helping the business unlock the value of data.
• Develop and deliver Data Governance Management frameworks to measure and communicate the quality of data. Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Proven experience in leading the design and implementation of data governance frameworks.
• Strong ability to work collaboratively with various teams to improve data processes and accuracy.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with capabilities in communication, influencing, collaboration, and conflict management.
• A proactive approach to work, with strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Desirable: Previous experience in logistics or consultancy sectors. Benefits:
