Our direct client is publications and event management company focused on the travel industry. They are seeking consulting Data Engineer to help modernize and optimize their data warehouse infrastructure. They are transitioning from legacy data systems to a more scalable, efficient, and future-proof data architecture.

Job Title: Data Engineer (Google BigQuery)

Location: Remote (Candidates must live in the United States, and be able to work East Coast working hours)

Duration: 6 Month Contract (Possibility of extension/ conversion)

Required Technology And Skills
• Expert knowledge of SQL Server and Google BigQuery is a Must.
• Ability to write complex queries and optimize database performance.
• Strong experience with ELT/ETL pipelines, data transformation, and database migration.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Shell, or similar for data automation.
• Experience with cloud-based data warehousing solutions and scalable data architectures.
• Ability to clean, standardize, and structure large datasets for analytical use.

Pay Rate: $65.00 - $75.00 / hour (based on experience)
