• Description:
• Design and implement data transformations to meet customer requirements using data from SAP HANA data warehouses
• Develop and manage ETL pipelines to calculate metrics from SAP ERP data, ensuring scalability and performance for large datasets.
• Write performant SQL queries to extract data from SAP HANA systems efficiently.
• Create user-friendly reports and dashboards in Tableau to visualize supply chain metrics and provide actionable insights.
• Troubleshoot and optimize queries to improve performance and ensure data integrity.
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team to support data warehousing, business intelligence, and reporting initiatives.
Requirements:
• Must have US citizenship and be able to work within the United States (no dual citizenship).
• Proficiency in programming languages: Java, Python and SQL
• Hands-on experience with SAP systems, including SAP ECC, HANA, or S/4.
• Strong understanding of the supply chain domain and associated data flows.
• Extensive experience building ETLs to handle large data volumes (hundreds of GBs) using Apache Spark.
• In-depth knowledge of relational databases such as PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MySQL, and others.
• Familiarity with orchestration tools like Apache Airflow.
• Proficiency in developing dashboards in Tableau to provide clear insights into business metrics.
• Strong understanding of Git for version control and source code management.
• Demonstrated full-stack development experience across frontend, backend, database, and service layers (REST/SOAP/other).
• Experience writing tests against data, applications, and visualizations.
• Ability to collaborate with virtual teams and work in a remote or hybrid environment.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, including scrum, sprints, and planning.
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools and technologies.
