Data Engineer
Responsibilities
Kforce has a client that is seeking a fully remote Data Engineer to join their team. Summary: This candidate will be supporting all the data for the client behind the dashboards as well as the ML models. The models will be focused on forecasting and predictive models that will understand how to optimize assortments/space and giving recommendations to merchants and planners. As a Data Engineer, you will be working with a variety of databases (Oracle, NoSQL, etc.) but will primarily focus on SQL, ETL, GCP and BigQuery. They will also leverage Python and Tableau from time to time.
Requirements
• 3-5+ years of professional data engineering experience
• Expert with ETL
• Focus on SQL/BigQuery
• Well versed in GCP
• Understanding of structured and unstructured data and ability to work with different databases
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
