Data Engineer

Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Data Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining data pipelines that support our data analytics and business intelligence initiatives. You will work closely with data scientists, analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure that our data infrastructure is robust, scalable, and efficient. This role requires a strong understanding of various data technologies and methodologies, as well as the ability to analyze complex datasets.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop, optimize, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines for data ingestion and transformation.
Build and manage scalable data architectures to support analytics and business operations.
Work with cloud-based data platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
Collaborate with Data Scientists and Analysts to improve data accessibility and usability.
Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with best practices.
Optimize data storage, retrieval, and processing efficiency.
Automate data workflows and improve data engineering processes.
Monitor and troubleshoot data pipeline performance issues.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
2-5+ years of experience in data engineering or a similar role.
Strong programming skills in Python, SQL, or Java.
Experience with big data technologies such as Spark, Hadoop, or Snowflake.
Proficiency in working with relational and NoSQL databases.
Hands-on experience with cloud services like AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery, or Azure Data Lake.
Familiarity with data modeling and data warehousing concepts.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to optimize large-scale data system
