Job Description:
Ariana Digital is seeking highly capable Data Engineers & Integration Experts to support data migration, transformation, and integration efforts for Salesforce-based public sector modernization initiatives. This position is part of our agile talent pipeline for upcoming programs—including the Licensing, Permitting, and Certification (LPC) implementation in partnership with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
As part of our cross-functional delivery squads, you will play a vital role in ensuring secure, accurate, and efficient data handling across Salesforce Public Sector Solutions. You’ll work closely with solution architects, developers, and state agency stakeholders to ensure seamless data flow between legacy systems, third-party platforms, and the Salesforce ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and manage data integration pipelines and APIs that connect Salesforce with legacy systems and third-party platforms.
Analyze data structures and develop strategies for data mapping, cleansing, de-duplication, and validation.
Collaborate with product and architecture teams to implement scalable integration solutions across clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, Data Cloud).
Leverage ETL/ELT tools and platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Talend, Informatica, Apache NiFi) to automate and orchestrate data flows.
Support data migration activities including extraction, transformation, and load processes for the LPC solution rollout.
Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and governance standards.
Provide integration documentation, conduct data audits, and troubleshoot transformation errors and failures.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
4+ years of hands-on experience in data engineering, systems integration, or middleware implementation.
Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, MuleSoft, Boomi, or similar enterprise integration platforms.
Strong understanding of data formats (JSON, XML, CSV), APIs (REST/SOAP), and protocols.
Familiarity with Salesforce data models and Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (especially LPC) is highly preferred.
Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Shell, SQL) and cloud-based data tools (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA and Confluence.
Education from a Pennsylvania-based institution or U.S. community school is highly valued.
Public sector project experience (state, local, or federal) strongly preferred.
Travel Requirement:
Primarily remote, with willingness to travel 25% to 50% of the time (domestic travel)
Work Authorization:
Must be authorized to work in the United States
