Role: Data Consultant
Duration: 4 Month Contract
Location: Houston, TX 77077
Work Authorization: , , or authorized to work in the US
Rate: $25/hour
Interviews will be via TEAMS
100% Remote, with the option of being on site
• Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent experience
• 0 - 3 years of experience in a business or data analyst role
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Intermediate experience with SQL required, Expert preferred
• Intermediate experience with Excel functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Visualization)
• Intermediate Python experience required
• Beginner experience with basic accounting principles
• Beginner experience with Tableau or Power BI
• Demonstrates good oral and written communication skills
• Ability to maintain multiple projects at the same time while making deadlines
• Must be a strong team player
• Intermediate Process and Workflow documentation experience
• Copy Writing Experience
• Supplier and Customer Engagement
• Great communication skills
• Excellent English grammar skills
• Experience with SNow
• Experience with Outlook and Excel
Responsibilities:
• Engage, Train, and Manage supplier relationships to capture enriched content
• Triage and escalate customer feedback requests via Service Now
• Create, Maintain, and Retire item MDM for Features and Benefits
• Manage and respond to team mailbox for inter-company and customer request
