We are looking for a Data/Business Intelligence trainer to work on our Data Academy programme, you will play a vital role in supporting the Data Academy Lead in the design, delivery, and coordination of the Data Academy programmes. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a company-wide initiative.
Key responsibilities include:

Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing Data Academy programmes, including scheduling, communication, and resource management.
Provide onboarding and ongoing support to learners enrolled in Data Academy programmes, addressing their questions and ensuring a positive learning experience.
Contribute to the development and creation of training materials, including presentations, online modules, and assessments, ensuring alignment with our data strategy and learning objectives.

Essential

A passion for data and a strong understanding of data literacy concepts.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in using technology and online learning platforms.
Strong knowledge of Data, Data Platforms, Data Warehouse and Dataflows & Business Intelligence
Reporting tools: Power BI & Excel
Experience/knowledge of Snowflake, SQL, Python
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
A growth mindset and a desire to learn and develop new skills.

Desired

Education or Certification: Degree and/or professional qualification in either a technology related field or Statistics, Data Science or similar
Experience in a learning and development or training role.
Experience in instructional design or curriculum development.
