Role Description
Remote role for a Data Architect / Engineer specializing in MS/Azure Fabric. The Data Architect / Engineer will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining data architecture solutions.
Seeking a seasoned Azure data engineer to design and deliver a blended training program on Azure Fabric data engineering, Azure cloud‑native development, and Gen‑AI productivity tools. You’ll craft curricula, hands‑on notebooks, and sample projects; lead a kickoff boot camp plus ongoing coaching for ETL‑focused engineers new to Python and ML; and demonstrate best practices with GitHub Copilot and other AI assistants for data pipeline creation, data‑quality checks, and MLOps. Proven expertise in Azure Fabric, data ingestion, Python instruction, and enterprise upskilling required.
Qualifications
• Strong skills in Data Architecture and Data Modeling
• Experience in Data Governance and establishing best practices
• Proficiency in Extract Transform Load (ETL) processes
• Expertise in Data Warehousing solutions
• Solid understanding of Azure Fabric and related MS technologies
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
