Data Analyst (6-Month FTC)

Location: Glasgow (Hybrid – 3 days per week on-site)

One of my clients is looking for a Data Analyst to play a key role in a major system migration project. If you have a keen eye for detail and enjoy working with data, this could be a great fit.

What you’ll be doing:
• Working closely with teams across the organisation to understand their data and reporting needs.
• Assessing, cleaning, and validating data before it moves to new systems.
• Spotting inconsistencies, duplicates, and data quality issues – and recommending how to fix them.
• Supporting data mapping between old and new platforms.
• Helping to develop and carry out data migration strategies to keep everything running smoothly.
• Assisting with User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring migrated data is accurate and any issues are flagged.
• Making sure data governance and retention policies are followed.

What we’re looking for:
• Experience in data analysis, validation, and migration.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with ERP and RMS systems (a bonus but not essential).
• A collaborative approach and the ability to work in a fast-moving project environment.
