Job Title: Ld Data Analyst – Data Intelligence
Location: 100% Remote (EST/CST)
Overview:
Seeking a highly skilled Lead Data Analyst with deep experience in Medicare Advantage Risk Adjustment. This is a senior individual contributor role focused on deriving insights from healthcare data to support business decisions.
Must-Have Experience:
• 8+ years as a Data Analyst
• 3–5 years in Medicare Advantage Risk Adjustment
• Strong understanding of risk adjustment rules, regulations, and data
• Advanced SQL skills (Microsoft SQL Server – SSMS; 4–6+ years)
• Proficiency in Power BI (mandatory)
• Experience working independently and leading analytical efforts
• Skilled in reconciling data from Pareto vendor files
Preferred Skills:
• Familiarity with Alteryx workflows
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric
• Exposure to Quality Stars (nice-to-have)
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform complex data exploration and analytics across large datasets
• Collect, interpret, and analyze data to deliver actionable insights
• Support stakeholders with data questions and resolution
• Research data flow across systems and platforms
• Document technical solutions and business requirements
• Lead data design and delivery to inform business decisions
• Mentor and support junior team members
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s in Data Science, Statistics, CS, or related field (or 4 extra years of experience)
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Healthcare industry experience
