Job OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
Develop and maintain databases, ensuring optimal database design for efficient data retrieval and reporting.
Collaborate with project management teams to define project requirements and deliverables.
Utilize tools such as Tableau for data visualization to present findings effectively to stakeholders.
Implement ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into usable formats.
Participate in Agile methodologies to ensure timely delivery of projects while adapting to changing requirements.
Create process flow diagrams using Visio to document workflows and improve operational efficiency.
Provide support in vaticinating future trends based on historical data analysis.
Requirements
Proven experience in data analysis with a strong understanding of statistical methods and techniques.
Proficiency in VBA for automating tasks and enhancing reporting capabilities.
Familiarity with SDLC principles and practices.
Experience in database design, including knowledge of SQL or similar query languages.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies is preferred.
Experience with Tableau or similar data visualization tools is a plus.
Familiarity with ETL processes is desirable.
