Job Description: Senior Data Analyst – US Healthcare (HEDIS & Data Quality)
Location: United States (Remote)
Job Type: Full-time/ Contract
Duration: 6 months
Required Qualifications & Skills:

Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries to handle large healthcare datasets.
Experience in data modeling, validation, and standardization.
Knowledge of US healthcare data models (Claims, Clinical, HEDIS, Lab, Immunizations).
Experience in analyzing HEDIS quality measures and tracking compliance trends.
Understanding of HIPAA regulations, PHI handling, and payer-provider data interactions.
Hands-on experience in identifying, assessing, and resolving data quality issues.
Familiarity with data validation, standardization, and profiling techniques.
Databases: SQL Server, Snowflake, Databricks
ETL & Data Pipelines: SSIS, ADF (Azure Data Factory)
Big Data & Analytics: PySpark, Databricks
Reporting & Visualization: Power BI, Tableau (preferred)
