

Data Analyst

POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Data Analyst plays a key role in supporting data-driven decision-making for a complex technology implementation. This hybrid role blends technical and functional expertise to analyze data across various applications and business processes. The position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure data readiness for testing, validation, and migration efforts.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Assist in preparing and staging data to support testing efforts, including system integration, regression, and user acceptance testing.
• Provide data support for design, development, and validation activities.
• Clean, transform, and organize data for migration into critical system environments.
• Generate reports and presentations to communicate insights and findings to project stakeholders.
• Develop custom reports to support integration efforts and project requirements.
• Participate in discovery and design sessions as needed.
• Adhere to organizational policies and procedures while performing assigned duties.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Required:
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least two years of experience in a data analysis or related IT role.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages such as SQL, Python, and R.
• Strong Excel skills, including data manipulation and visualization.
• Understanding of enterprise applications and their interconnections (e.g., customer systems, mapping tools, operational management software).
Preferred:
• Experience working in industries with complex data structures.
• Multilingual proficiency in written and spoken communication.
