Data Analyst (Financial) - Temporary - Exeter, England - up to £240.96 Per Day

An Excellent opportunity has arisen for a Data Analyst to join a well-established team based at our client's site in Exeter.
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
Location: Exeter, England - Potential Hybrid working
Salary: up to £240.96 Per Day
Role Responsibilities:
• Implementation of the new Corporate Performance Framework currently under development.
• To work with services to understand their data needs and provide tailored analytical support with the production of appropriate dashboards and reports nested within the Corporate Performance Framework.
• Produce clear, accurate reports, dashboards and visualisations using Power BI that can be used by Service Managers, Heads of Service, Strategic Directors, CEO and Councillors as appropriate.
• Provide training and guidance to staff and members on data collection, interpretation of, and creation and usage of Power BI reports.
• Gather, clean, and maintain datasets from various departments and external sources.
• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with data strategy, data protection and information governance regulations, standards, and guidelines.
• Analyse quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
• Work with data analysts within Strata and the partner councils who make up Strata to share best practice and opportunities for collaboration.
The Ideal Candidate:
• Previous Experience within a Data Analyst role
• Proven track record of using data from wide variety of sources
• Strong administrative skills
