Key Responsibilities:
• Collect, process, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources to identify trends and insights.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and business stakeholders, to support data-driven decision-making.
• Utilize SQL, Python, R, or other data manipulation languages to query and transform data.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within data workflows.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop predictive models to support business objectives.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security by implementing best practices in data governance.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices to enhance data analytics capabilities.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in data analysis
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data analysis and manipulation.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
• Strong understanding of database management, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working with cloud-based data platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
• Knowledge of machine learning concepts and statistical modeling.
• Familiarity with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka.
• Experience in agile development environments.
