Position: Data Analyst – ERP Migration

Contract: 6-month FTC

Salary: £50K per annum pro rata

Location: Glasgow, 3 days a week in office, 2 days WFH

Background:

Our company is transitioning from Unit 4 Agresso and is assembling a team of data analysts to facilitate the data migration process.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to support the implementation of an Enterprise Resource Planning & Research Management System (SaaS) solution. This role is crucial for ensuring data integrity, migration, reporting, and analytics within the project.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with various departments to understand data requirements and reporting needs.
• Assess, clean, and validate existing data for migration into the new ERP and RMS systems.
• Identify inconsistencies, duplicates, and data quality issues, providing recommendations for resolution.
• Support data mapping activities between legacy systems and new SaaS platforms.
• Assist in developing and executing data migration strategies, ensuring minimal disruption to university operations.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by validating migrated data and identifying discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with data governance and retention policies within a higher education environment.
