About the Role:

In this hands-on position, you’ll leverage your data analytics and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities for improvement and drive efficiencies across inventory, transportation, and operations. You'll work directly with the Supply Chain General Manager and help shape the future of our client's supply chain processes. Key Responsibilities:

✨ Data Analytics & Reporting:

   • Analyze large datasets and develop insightful reports using tools like Snowflake, Tableau, Power BI, and Excel.

   • Identify trends and areas for improvement to optimize KPIs such as order accuracy, lead times, and inventory turnover.

🔧 Operational Improvement:

   • Focus on food and beverage distribution processes, especially temperature-sensitive products and shelf-life management.

   • Ensure compliance with FDA and HACCP standards while identifying areas to streamline operations.

📈 Project Management:

   • Assist in driving supply chain improvements from concept to execution.

   • Collaborate across teams to implement ERP, TMS, LMS, and WMS systems, improving business processes and technology integration.

💻 Tech-Savvy Solutions:

   • Work with advanced supply chain software (e.g., Oracle ERP) and develop user requirements for system functionalities.

💬 Stakeholder Communication:

   • Present your findings and make recommendations to stakeholders, translating data insights into actionable strategies that influence decision-making.

What You Bring to the Table:

   • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field.

   • At least 4 years of experience in supply chain, IT, engineering, or similar fields.

   • Strong background in data analytics, reporting, and operational analysis.

   • Experience with ERP, TMS, LMS, and WMS (preferably in the food & beverage sector).

   • A knack for business process improvement and continuous improvement.

   • APICS CPIM, CSCP, and PMP certifications are a bonus!
