This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing business and play a crucial role in our cross-border collaboration, via our Europe-wide CRM system - DealCloud.
As the CRM & Data analyst the focus will be on supporting the day to day running and management of the CRM system, helping to roll out key initiatives and ensuring the system functions and is effectively utilised across the business. This is an exciting role, with instant exposure to the world of investment banking and the capacity to build extensive knowledge in the financial industry and develop key technical skills.
Core Responsibilities
• Assist CRM lead with the overall management and functionality of the system
• Provide support in developing and maintaining dashboards / reports for key stakeholders
• Monitor and manage all troubleshooting requests & queries
• Ongoing system administration including but not limited to joiners / leavers, training and audits
• Support on key implementation and roll out projects across new territories
• Suggest and brainstorm initiatives to further help improve the system
Requirements
• 1 year working experience in CRM or similar technical role
• Experience working with DealCloud or other CRM systems
• Strong MS Office skills specifically Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Detailed oriented, problem solving and critical thinking individual
• Ambitious, enthusiastic, and positive
• Able to manage multiple deadlines / outstanding project management skills
• Able to work autonomously and be accountable for projects
• Desire to work in an integrated, supportive team
