Compliance Data Analyst

We have an immediate need for a Compliance Data Analyst to join a casino/hospitality company for a 6-month contract that’s remote capable. The Compliance Analyst will support the compliance team by reviewing, analyzing, and verifying data for accuracy to resolve discrepancies and ensure compliance with data access policies.

Location: Remote (Pacific Time business hours)

This job expects to pay about $30-36/hr per hour plus benefits.

What You Will Do:
• Review and validate compliance-related data in Excel and Power BI for accuracy and consistency.
• Compare vendor-provided data against internal records, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure data integrity and compliance.
• Analyze and refine data without building or extracting new datasets.
• Investigate and escalate data access issues as needed.
• Maintain thorough documentation of compliance reviews and resolutions.
• Support compliance initiatives by following established protocols and best practices.

What Gets You The Job:
• 2-3 years of experience in compliance, data analysis, or related roles.
• Strong proficiency in Excel for data review and manipulation.
• Experience with Power BI.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with vendors and internal teams.
• High attention to detail with the ability to identify inconsistencies and ensure accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and follow structured compliance processes.
• Experience handling sensitive data with discretion and confidentiality.
