Key Responsibilities:

Survey Participation & Market Benchmarking
• Manage and complete compensation survey submissions to ensure timely and accurate participation.
• Analyze survey results to benchmark salaries, benefits, and incentive structures against market trends.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on market data to support compensation decisions.

Gender Pay Parity Reporting & Compliance
• Conduct internal gender pay analysis, identifying potential disparities and root causes.
• Prepare reports for internal leadership review and country-specific compliance reporting.
• Ensure alignment with legal requirements and company pay equity initiatives.

Salary Structure Data Setup & Management
• Support the development and refinement of salary structures and pay bands.
• Organize compensation data and ensure consistency across different regions and job levels.
• Maintain and update compensation models for budgeting and forecasting purposes.

Job Architecture Setup in SuccessFactors
• Assist in structuring job levels, job families, and career paths within SuccessFactors.
• Ensure job architecture aligns with organizational goals and industry best practices.
• Work closely with HR and IT teams to ensure smooth implementation and integration.

Compensation Insights & Reporting in Power BI
• Develop dashboards and reports in Power BI to visualize compensation data and trends.
• Automate reporting processes to provide real-time insights for HR and leadership teams.
• Create custom analytics related to compensation, pay equity, and market positioning.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Support
• Partner with HR, Finance, and IT teams to ensure data accuracy and reporting consistency.
• Provide training and documentation for HR teams on survey participation, job architecture, and reporting tools.
• Support ad-hoc compensation projects as needed during the 4-month engagement.

Qualifications:
• Key Skill Sets: Data analytics, data analysis, data modeling, data science, financial analysis, data/financial forecasting, data visualization, reporting, workforce intelligence
• HR, Compensation Analysis, Workforce Intelligence experience required
• Data analytics and modeling background desired.
• Experience in workforce HR compensation, benefits, and incentive structures preferred

Eligibility Requirements:
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
